Saline County State’s Attorney Mike Henshaw has died

Saline County State’s Attorney Mike Henshaw died on Wednesday night, as confirmed by Bob Oglesby, chairman of the Saline County Democratic Party and a longtime friend. A cause of death has not been released at this time. Henshaw was elected to the position of state’s attorney in 1972, and served for four years. He was reelected in 2008, and was reelected again in the November 2016 election. He is being remembered by his colleagues as a caring person and a determined litigator.
