NOTE:  Here is a link to an Associated Press story shared by the NBC affiliate in Chicago. It was from sometime in 2014, where a state appellate court ruled against term limits appearing on the November ballot of the ’14 election  Bruce Rauner was a candidate for governor then.

I am a strong proponent of them.  If they were in place, the mess in Springfield would be solved.  Mike Madigan would be out of office.
