A steady stream of cars traveling from South Thompsonville Road (Main Street) to North Thompsonville Road (Akin Blacktop) in the village. Speculation is they are cutting to Interstate 64 at the Belle Rive-Bluford exit. (Thank you Natalie Dixon for allowing me to share.)
Over the last 30 minutes or so, every state or county highway (blacktop) in the county that runs north and south is congested and moving very slow.
I will continue to post as I will be treating this like a severe weather event. Keep checking the Website’s Facebook page as I will continue to relay emergency information. There might be at times, information is coming in too quick to post.
I will give updates until the traffic lessens in the county.
