LEXINGTON, Ky. – Tickets to the Southern Illinois men’s basketball game at Kentucky go on sale at 4 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 3. On the evening of Oct. 3, tickets will be available exclusively online at Ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000.

The game will be SIU’s season opener. The Salukis return all five starters from last year’s 20-win team that finished second in the Missouri Valley Conference. The game against Kentucky could potentially be SIU’s second-ever game against the nation’s No. 1-ranked team, with the other game being against Larry Bird and Indiana State.
