Opponents of legal marijuana in Illinois say it would amount to companies ‘pimping’ black, Hispanic customers

Anti-marijuana forces warned Wednesday that legalization will allow white corporate exploitation of minority customers, just as the opponents say happened with alcohol and tobacco.
