Franklin County Sheriff’s Dept. make arrests, issue citations

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department released a busy citation and arrest report, according to Sheriff David Bartoni.

9-25-21 Malanyna M. Douglas age 25 of Evansville, IN was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

10-4-21 Dustin R. Corey age 44 of Freeman Spur was arrested for driving while license revoked.

10-4-21 Trevor L. Nickens age 18 of Carbondale was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

10-4-21 Ryan A. Stilley age 45 of West Frankfort was ticketed for speeding.

10-6-21 William R. Zelma age 44 Coello was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.

10-6-21 Wilma L. Roberts age 70 of Coello was arrested for resisting/obstructing a Peace Officer.

10-6-21 Dameon A. Williams age 44 of Johnston City was ticketed for driving while license revoked.

10-6-21 Justin A. Bradford age 25 of Marion was ticketed for driving while license suspended.

10-7-21 Timothy A. Reeder age 51 of West Frankfort was ticketed for speeding.

10-9-21 Courtney M. Salatas age 18 of Christopher was ticketed for speeding.

10-9-21 Frank E. Miller age 53 of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.

10-9-21 Regina M. Miller age 48 of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.

10-11-21 Joseph V. Rock age 53 of Benton was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.

10-11-21 Patrick A. Ehler age 34 of Benton was arrested for obstructing a Peace Officer, criminal damage to property and 2 counts of aggravated assault.

10-5-21 Daniel L. Tatum age 54 of Benton. Failure to appear for failure to register as a sex offender.

10-5-21 Felicia M. Hill age 34 of Marion. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

10-5-21 Jesse L. Wiggins age 24 of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for battery.

10-5-21 Robert E. Wardwell age 60 of DuQuoin. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended or revoked.

10-6-21 Stacy M. Albright age 34 of Pittsburg. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

10-6-21 Alma L. Hefner age 64 of Sesser. Failure to appear for driving under the influence.

10-11-21 Billy B. Diuguid age 47 of Hurst. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
