Donna June Pitts, 82, of Sesser, passed away on Saturday August 27, 2022 at her home.
She was born on December 16, 1939 in Sesser, IL to Loren and Florence (Norris) Edwards. She married Homer Pitts and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children Vickie (Martin) Lewis of Brookwood, AL and James (Denise) Wells of Waldorf, MD; grandchildren Jamie Winemiller, Crystal Edmondson, Derrick Lewis, Shannon Kelley, Shelby Wells and Skylar Wells.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Matthew Pitts and two brothers Bob Edwards and Beverly Edwards.
She was a beautician and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sesser.
Funeral services will be on Saturday September 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Brayfield-Gilbert Funeral Home in Sesser with Brother Chris Hottensen officiating. Visitation will be on Friday September 2, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser.
