If they are with their parents as long as they are responsible if they can vote, why not? They can serve in the military? Why can’t they have a glass of wine or beer? “says Bradley Hammonds. That’s the thinking behind a new proposal that would allow people as young as 18 to be served wine or beer at restaurants, but there’s a catch: they have to have mom and dad’s permission, and no hard liquor allowed.
