Special meeting of Rend Lake College Board of Trustees

COLLEGE   No. 521, COUNTIES OF JEFFERSON, FRANKLIN, HAMILTON, WAYNE, PERRY, WHITE, WILLIAMSON AND WASHINGTON AND STATE OF ILLINOIS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 521, Counties of Jefferson, Franklin, Hamilton, Wayne, Perry, White, Williamson and Washington and State of Illinois (the “Board”) will hold a special meeting of the Board on the 1 3th day of June, 7, at 12:00 0’clock P.M., at the Rend Lake College Administration Building Conference Room. 468 North Ken Gray Parkway, Ina, Illinois.

The Agenda for the Meeting is as follows:

Ill.       Transfer of Specialist — Accounts Receivable to Specialist — Financial Aid

IV.      Resolution providing for the issue of approximately $5,000,000 Taxable General Obligation Community College Bonds, Series 2017A, for the purpose of paying claims against the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, in connection with the sale of said bonds.
