We nearly made it thorough the day without an accident on the interstate.
The Illinois State police released a statement of two nineteen-year-old individuals. from Chicago, were driving on the shoulder between Benton and West Frankfort, hit a ditch and flipped several times.
They were sent to a local hospital. The extent of the injuries were not given.
The driver was cited or improper lane usage, and no valid insurance.
