Phyllis M. Wells, 81, of Mulkeytown, passed away on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at her home. She was born on September 19, 1939 in New York, NY.
She married Carroll “Butch” Wells on November 17, 1993 and he survives of Mulkeytown.
She is also survived by her children Tracy Simmons of Zeigler, Celina Howell of Hurst Bush, IL and Sharon Hart of Christopher; grandchildren Sean, Autumn and Lily and one brother Carl DeBlank of New Hampshire.
She was preceded in death by her mother Frances DeBlank and step-father Arnold DeBlank.
Her wishes were to be cremated with no services.
